Contemporary Edge Duplex Emerald Tones
Macquarie Duplex (Unit 2) Display

The Macquarie is a new duplex display by MOJO Homes, located on Dharug Country in Box Hill, Sydney. The design brief for this project was to create a contemporary modern feel for both units while giving them each a unique and distinct look.

Unit 2 was designed with a sophisticated scheme, featuring upgrades throughout, such as an amazing void over the living area that creates an impressive sense of space and openness. The colour palette for this unit was kept minimal, with monochrome finishes and emerald green accents that add interest. The result is a cool, refined and stylish look, offering an elegant and timeless aesthetic.

The neighbouring Unit 1 on the other hand, features a more playful design that contrasts with the sophistication of Unit 2 (see next project). Together, the two units showcase the versatility of SQID’s design capabilities.
